Adina Belloli

Psychotherapist, grief specialist, philanthropist, podcaster, reiki master and writer

Adina Belloli is a qualified psychotherapist, grief and loss therapist, founder of UK-registered international charity, In-Visible and co-founder of the Motherless Mothers community and platform.  

With degrees in psychology, psychotherapy, and international healthcare, public policy, and economics (BA, MA, and MSc), Adina has dedicated over 18 years to empowering disadvantaged children and women worldwide. Adina's clinical work has been published, contributing to advancements in child psychotherapy and her philanthropic efforts with charity In-Visible have improved outcomes for children in poverty through access to nutrition and education. Her work has been featured on BBC, CNN, and more and has earned her recognition and awards. 

Adina is also a Reiki Master and Youth Mindfulness teacher with over 15 years of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga practice. Adina co-hosts the Motherhood Beyond Books podcast, bridging the gap between Western Psychology and Eastern holistic health systems to provide a fresh, insightful approach to parenting. In 2024, inspired by her personal experience of mother-loss, Adina co-founded an online community and platform, The Motherless Mothers which seeks to provide resources and a sense of community for mothers coping with the effects of intergenerational mother loss or strained mother-daughter relationships as they navigate motherhood.
